Resource Systems and AANAC Congratulate the Finalists and Winners of the Nursing Assistant Of The Year Scholarship Program
New Concord, Ohio, May 1, 2010 - Resource Systems and the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) were proud to recognize Marshelle Taylor from Danberry at Inverness in Birmingham, AL as a state finalist for the 2009 Nursing Assistant of the Year Scholarship program.
Hundreds of nursing assistants were nominated for the scholarship award, but it was Marshelle’s exceptional dedication, ability to care for residents, and desire to help her coworkers that made her a clear choice to become a state finalist. Marshelle represents the attitude, integrity, compassion, and work ethic of an exceptional nursing assistant.
Resource Systems and AANAC applaud the hard work shown by all the finalists and winners and wish them luck as they pursue their shared goal to become nurses. The winner, two runners-up, and 42 state finalists were announced in April. The winner, Amy Harrison, was presented her award at the AANAC conference in Las Vegas on April 30.
