Danberry at Inverness is named Silver Award Winner in 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards Competition


BIRMINGHAM, AL — Danberry at Inverness, Daniel Corporation's 37-acre senior living community opening early fall 2009 near Birmingham, has been named Silver Award Winner in the NAHB 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Competition. It was designed by Winston-Salem, NC-based architects CJMW.

Presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council, the Best of 50+ Housing Awards is the premier design and marketing competition for the seniors housing industry.

Danberry at Inverness is a finalist in the Best Large CCRCs (over 200) On the Boards category. The project was recognized by an elite panel of judges that included builders, developers, architects, marketing experts and other respected industry professionals. The panel chose finalists from nearly 200 total entries in 40 categories.
