Director of Healthcare
Danberry at Inverness, located in Hoover, Alabama is an innovative retirement lifestyle made up of two distinct neighborhoods—luxurious rental apartments and spectacular cottages is looking for a dynamic and experienced health care professional with an RN license to direct all provided health care services in the Health Center. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive an exceptionally high level of care from a dedicated, compassionate and well-trained staff. S/he will possess a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the many challenges facing the nursing profession and must have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage in this fast paced and changing environment. Duties will include the development and effective implementation of policies and procedures, Medicare knowledge and application, and monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care within the facility. Applicants should demonstrate a sincere interest and comprehensive understanding of senior care. BSN required with a minimum of five years nursing administration and current RN license is required. Alabama Administrator’s license preferred.
